Thank you for inquiring regarding your golf outing.  The  Links at Echo Springs would be honored to host your next outing!  Enjoy the fabulous view overlooking the   course from our Clubhouse patio! 

A $100 Deposit (which is explained in the contract) and the signed contract reach us within 14 business days or the date will be released for another outing.  If your outing is cancelled less than 2 (two) weeks prior to the confirmed date, the deposit is forfeited.  A $1.00 fee (per person) will be added for the use of the shelter house and food catered in by any other than The Links At Echo Springs.

A guaranteed number of players is required 7 days before the outing.  The Links At Echo Springs will give a 10% discount on any merchandise purchased for the outing. (Excluding sale merchandise)

Rules:

 

1. All players in outing must observe Echo Springs' rules and dress code.	2. No person will be permitted to bring a cooler or beverages on premise. This violates the State Liquor Laws unless said beverages are purchased through The Links At Echo Springs Golf Course.	3. Please prepare and bring a listing of your golfers and starting times. We have found this makes the outing more organized for you and the golf course.
4. All tee times confirmed shall be paid the day of the outing.  Visa, Master Card, American Express, check or cash accepted.	5. The minimum number of players for a shotgun outing is 112.  The full amount will be charged should the required 112 not be reached.	6. The outing is responsible for any damage to the course, carts or staff caused by any member of the outing.

There is a 15% service charge for all catered food.  Note: This 15% service charge is not a gratuity.  Gratuity is optional to the staff working.  If the Links At Echo Springs is catering your outing, a final head count will be required 7 days in advance.   This number may not decrease within the 7 days.  You will be held accountable for that number.  However, you may increase the number 3 days prior to the outing.  Catering is available for groups of 36 or more.  If you have less than 36 golfers, you may arrange your own catering in our pavilion or we will be
happy to accommodate your food and beverage needs at the clubhouse.  For the convenience of our outing and caterers, please schedule your meal time at the point where 90% of your golfers are in.
